What if guests damage my property? +
Ema Stays covers all guest-caused damage. We hold a guest damage deposit through Airbnb and also provide our own security deposit to you at signing. You are never exposed to guest damage costs.
Do I still get paid if the apartment is empty? +
Yes. Your rent is paid by Ema Stays as your tenant โ€” not by individual guests. Airbnb occupancy is our problem. Even during slow months, your payment arrives on time.
Is this legal in Morocco? +
Yes โ€” when done with full landlord consent, which is exactly our model. The lease explicitly states the short-term rental use. You are fully aware, in agreement, and protected under Moroccan contract law.
How long is the lease? +
We prefer 1-year leases with renewal options. We invest in making your property exceptional, so staying long-term is in our interest too.
